Michael Bansil

Michael leads national services for Procurement, Operations Risk & Security, Digital Buildings, Communications, Transformation and Operational Excellence.

Prior to joining GWLRA in 2016, Michael was Head of Global Real Estate for Finastra, a leading financial technology organization, and he has held various senior leadership positions in manufacturing and financial services.

Michael holds a B.Eng. in industrial engineering, graduating with honours from Toronto Metropolitan University. He is also a certified operational excellence professional, holding a Lean Six Sigma blackbelt.

Michael leads Equity, Diversity & Inclusion for GWLRA, and is currently a member of the REALPAC DEI and BOMA Canada National Advisory Committees.
