One City Centre Drive – New Tenant Lounge

Office buildings are more than just physical spaces, they're environments that foster connection and conversation. That's exactly what we created at One City Centre Drive in Mississauga. Our recent upgrade includes a brand new tenant lounge, utilizing an underused area of the building to encourage community and connectivity between building tenants. The lounge, which is branded “One Lounge,” includes a café/bar, quiet space, library, private phone booths, and foosball, Ping pong and pool tables.
Tenants will be able to have meetings and work and relax with co-workers. In addition, the lounge can be used for tenant company events. Other upgrades include the addition of a new state-of-the-art conference centre.
